The second journey of StoryDress took Suzan to Italy. Here she learned more about the art of lacemaking. “In a small village nearby the Como lake, I learned how to create 'Holy Lace', a formerly well known craft, which only a few ladies of the village still practice. I used this technique in my collection, so this special technique lives through through my modern dresses.” Also, during this unforgettable journey Suzan met the family business that prints her photographs and stories on 100% silk. These fabrics became iconic for StoryDress. The journey resulted in the charming collection “La Dolce Vita”.
